For Resellers / Partners:
Notifications are setup within the Backup Manager on a per customer/user/company basis.
– Once logged into your account, select the customer.
– Select Users
– Select the User
– In the right pop-up bar, scroll down to Settings
– Select the edit Pencil icon
– Under “BACKUP” you can now enable various notification settings.
The same can be done from your Reseller Management Panel under Users (same steps as above) to enable across your entire reseller account.
